We sure do! Our preferred shipping method is USPS Mail. The shipping charges are determined by the flat rate package needed for each order along with the destination zip code.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM(S). NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON JEWELRY OR ANY CUSTOM ITEMS. **Buyer is responsible for shipping return fee.

- Returning Damaged/Defective Items
- In cases of damage or defect, we can quickly arrange replacement if you provide a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem and preferred action (replacement, refund or credit) in an email to our customer support team. In most cases, action can be taken as soon as we have this evidence from you. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to manufacturer for inspection. We’ll then contact you with our next course of action.
COVID-19 Shipping Updates
The B Ayesha Inc. Group ( The BAye Hive Boutique, BLACK F.L.Y. Clothing, BAye Hive Greeks) is fortunate to have solid partnerships with printers and carriers all around the world, which significantly helps to keep our operation running as best as it can during this challenging time. We have been working diligently since February to stay abreast of these changes throughout the world and are working with all available resources to implement changes where possible and ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
- Fulfillment times for Neck Gaiters are still higher than we'd like, but we are proud that we've been able to significantly increase our daily printing output. This is one of our most popular products right now, so we're doing everything we can to get them out faster. And we're continuing to work on partnerships with backup facilities. We're currently working with eight partners and we're exploring more options to give us better control of where we route orders.
- Even with these positive changes, it'll take time for us to catch up on order and support volume, and we're working hard to do that. Thank you for your patience while we're dealing with these challenges, and thanks for sticking with us. This isn't easy, but we're confident in both our and your ability to adapt. In the meantime we thank you for your patience and understanding.
How long will it take to receive my order?

- Orders are processed between 1-3 Business Days after payment is received. Next order goes into production, once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 20 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
- Pre-Order and/or custom items are made to order. Orders can be received 10-20 days after order has been shipped out. International orders shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
- Custom orders should be placed 7-10 Business Days prior to date due. Once shipped domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 20 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
- Custom orders that include bling take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity. Shipping speed is beyond our control.
What is the policy on lost or stolen packages?
- All packages are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If the item(s) is shown as delivered via USPS tracking, that absolves B. Ayesha Inc/BAye Hive Boutique of all liability. We will work with the customer to get these issues resolved but we cannot guarantee any type of refund. In the event that the item(s) are not shown as delivered, customer will be refunded the price of the items at the time of order. B. Ayesha Inc/BAye Hive Greeks does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items that are shown delivered.
